Partnership Program History

The Partnership program of Clarence E. McClendon Ministries was founded in 1994 during a Resurrection Service in Los Angeles, California. The Holy Spirit had given to Bishop Clarence E. McClendon a desire to address the great need of the same type of preaching and worship occurring in Los Angeles to begin moving across the nation and around the world. The Holy Spirit impressed that people are desperate for fresh living water and they are hungry for a prophetic and interpretative voice to speak to their immediate and real needs.

CEMM birthed its first Harvest Fire Radio Broadcast following the inspired instruction of the Holy Spirit given to Bishop McClendon. After being on air, God had given the foundational scripture, Acts 20:20 to express to CEMM to have 20/20 vision or “perfect vision”. This gave God’s ultimate plan of taking the preaching and teaching of Bishop Clarence E. McClendon house to house and to do this primarily via radio and television. Secondly, the foundational scripture helped name the partnership as 20/20 Vision Partners.

Later, God gave the vehicle through which the command of taking the preaching and teaching from house to house. The first directive from God was to receive and initial gift of $40 representing a Miracle Manifestation Offering as a seed sown toward the miraculous needs of expanding Harvest Fire Crusades & Media, as well as the miraculous needs of those giving. Secondly, CEMM would extend invitations to people inviting them to become 20/20 Vision Partners to send in their donation of $5.00 a week or $20.00 monthly to help facilitate the work God had entrusted to Bishop McClendon.

Today, the program has increased and Bishop McClendon can now be viewed on TBN, The Word Network and TV26 in Detroit, Michigan, with opportunities to expand our radio and internet broadcasting. Your commitment of $20 is the base level of partnership and with the rapid growth of the program CEMM was able to provide to our partners different levels of partnership. Thus creating a more effective way to facilitate the assignment as it grows.

Bishop McClendon has traveled not only to the communities in the United States, but he has visited other nations such as Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa, Brazil and Europe just to name a few. With the extensive needs around the world, Bishop McClendon was impressed to set-up a program called International Missions and Outreach. This project-oriented program allows Bishop McClendon to assist directly by partnering with the Pastors and Leaders to meet the needs of the communities and nations he visits.
