Dear Friend and Partner,

“It’s time to believe for the outpouring!” I want you to say that over and over until it gets into your spirit. (SAY IT NOW!!!)

As you read this letter we are moving toward what is referred to in Christendom as Pentecost Sunday, which celebrates God’s miraculous outpouring of His Spirit on the day of Pentecost. I want you to know that regardless of your present circumstance, these are the days of outpouring and they will be marked by the supernatural release and outpouring of the Holy Spirit.

As the Holy Spirit dealt with me about this season of outpouring, the Spirit of God spoke in my spirit that there were three miracles that accompanied the outpouring of the Holy Spirit on the day of Pentecost: The Miracle of Revelation, The Miracle of Response, and The Miracle of Relevance. I and my ministry team are believing for these miracles for your life in this season.

THREE MIRACLES OF THE OUTPOURING!

During this season of outpouring I want you to know that I am standing in agreement for these miracles to manifest in your life, the lives of your family and friends, and in your circumstances and situations.

Acts Chapter 2, verse 6 says,

And when this sound occurred, the multitude came together, and were confused, because everyone heard them speak in his own language. 

I have been meditating on this verse now for quite some time. When the sound occurred there was a miracle of revelation. Revelation means to uncover. When the sound occurred EVERYBODY heard it. Meaning that the impact of the moving of the Holy Spirit affected everyone in proximity to the anointed women and men of God. Suddenly no one was left out and people were hearing and seeing the same thing. This is a MIRACLE!

What I want you to see here is that the spirit of wisdom and revelation was enabling everyone to hear and see the same thing by the anointing. I am believing for this in your life and the life of those around you. In these days of outpouring, the spirit of wisdom and revelation will cause you and those you love to hear and see the real Jesus in all of His power and possibility.

Not only was there a miracle of revelation or uncovering but there was also a miracle of response. Notice the scripture says in Acts chapter 2, verse 6, “…the multitude came together...” This is a miracle of a unified response.

The Bible says that no one can come to Christ except the Spirit of God draws them.
In John Chapter 6, verse 44 the Apostle John writes,

“No one can come to Me unless the Father who sent Me draws him…”

There is a supernatural element in people responding to the things of Christ and the kingdom of God. It is more than good oratorical skills, good programs, or “slick” presentation. It is the work of the Holy Spirit that causes men and women to respond to the call of God. In this season of outpouring I am believing for a supernatural response from God for you and for other people in relation to you. EXPECT SUPERNATURAL RESPONSES to prayer and SUPERNATURAL MANIFESTATIONS in the lives of those around you that you have been praying for. This is happening right now for those of us who are daring to believe.

And finally there was the miracle of relevance. And the Bible says the people heard them speaking each in his own language.

In Acts Chapter 2, verses 7 through 11, Luke writes,

Then they were all amazed and marveled, saying to one another, “Look, are not all these who speak Galileans? And how is it that we hear, each in our own language in which we were born? Parthians and Medes and Elamites, those dwelling in Mesopotamia, Judea and Cappadocia, Pontus and Asia, Phrygia and Pamphylia, Egypt and the parts of Libya adjoining Cyrene, visitors from Rome, both Jews and proselytes, Cretans and Arabs – we hear them speaking in our own tongues the wonderful works of God.”

I want you to get this…Pentecost was a regular celebration of the Jewish calendar year. Jews came from every nation to Jerusalem at the same time each year. It was like an annual conference, convention, or convocation. People would come simply out of religious obligation or ritual but they never really understood or related to what was going on. They came but there was no impact on their lives or no understanding of what was really happening, but this time all of that changed. Suddenly they felt related to what was happening and it seemed relevant to their lives. They understood. SUDDENLY, IT MADE SENSE.

This is what I am believing God for in this season: that the dealing of God in your life, the circumstance and situation that you have been through or may be going through may suddenly make sense in the light of the Holy Spirit. I am also believing for your friends and family members for whom church and the things of God have seemed irrelevant, I am believing in this season of outpouring THAT will change.

I and my entire ministry team and congregation will be praying over your prayer request and believing for the manifestation of the Miracle of Revelation, the Miracle of Response, and the Miracle of Relevance for you and your loved ones.

Hear it again, It’s time to believe for the outpouring!
